We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return instructions and address will be shared after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

International Shipping Notice:
As products are shipped from overseas, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, personalised products, personal care items, and hazardous goods are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
For faster service, return the item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
